2. Description of Service

Vinlid provides vehicle history reports based on Vehicle Identification Numbers (VIN). Our service includes:

• Vehicle history reports with available data from Korean and US sources
• VIN decoding and vehicle specifications
• Mileage verification from Korean inspection records and US odometer data
• US title history, salvage, and junk records (via NMVTIS)
• Technical inspection results and vehicle condition
• Auction photos showing actual vehicle state

The availability and completeness of information varies by vehicle and region. We aggregate data from multiple sources but cannot guarantee 100% completeness.

3. Pricing

Our current pricing terms:

• Korean vehicle history report: $2.29 USD per report
• US vehicle history report: $3.49 USD per report
• Prices are subject to change with notice on our website
• All payments are processed securely through a certified payment processor
• We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, and other payment methods
• All prices are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated

Payment is required before report delivery. All transactions are final once the report has been delivered.

4. Report Delivery

After successful payment, your vehicle history report will be delivered as follows:

• Reports are typically generated and delivered instantly
• Reports are delivered via email to the address provided during purchase
• Please ensure you provide a valid email address
• In rare cases, report generation may take up to 24 hours

If you do not receive your report within 24 hours, please contact our support team.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a full 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. You may request a full refund for any reason within 30 days of your purchase — no questions asked, no exceptions.

• We recommend a professional inspection before purchasing any vehicle
• Historical data may be incomplete, especially for older vehicles or certain regions

Vinlid reports are for informational purposes only and should not be the sole basis for any vehicle purchase decision.

7. Intellectual Property

All content and materials on Vinlid are protected by intellectual property rights:

• The Vinlid name, logo, and branding are our trademarks
• Website design, code, and content are our copyrighted property
• Reports are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only
• You may not copy, distribute, or sell our reports or content
• You may share a report with potential buyers of the specific vehicle

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to use our service for:

• Any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Reselling or redistributing reports commercially
• Scraping, crawling, or automated data collection
• Attempting to bypass payment or access controls
• Harassing, abusing, or harming others
• Uploading malicious code or attempting to hack our systems
• Impersonating another person or entity
• Any activity that interferes with or disrupts our service
• Submitting fraudulent refund claims or making material misrepresentations to obtain a refund
• Engaging in patterns of activity inconsistent with good-faith use of the Service (e.g., repeated purchase-then-refund cycles)

9. Service Access Restrictions

We reserve the right to restrict or deny access to our service:

• For violation of these Terms of Service
• For fraudulent or illegal activity
• For any conduct we deem harmful to our service or other users
• By blocking email addresses, payment methods, or IP addresses associated with fraudulent activity
• By reporting suspected fraud to Paddle's risk team for cross-merchant action
• At our sole discretion, with or without notice

Anti-fraud action is independent of our refund policy and does not limit refund rights for legitimate buyers. Restriction of access does not affect previously purchased and delivered reports.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Vinlid is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service
• We are not responsible for decisions made based on our reports
• We are not liable for third-party data inaccuracies

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vinlid, its owners, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
